How ProperHealth weighs evidence
Four labels, one rule: a statement is shown only with the passage it rests on, and every uncertainty is named.

Every topic on this site sets conventional care beside integrative and naturopathic approaches. For that comparison to be honest, the two sides have to be judged by the same yardstick. This page is that yardstick.
The four labels
Established means consistent evidence from clinical guidelines or large trials — the kind behind blood pressure targets, statin decisions or the Diabetes Prevention Program. Emerging means promising results that are still limited: a single trial, a mechanism with early human data, a remission definition agreed by experts but not yet routine. Hypothesis means a stated mechanism or claim with no independent evidence either way — most of the clinic's formulary sits here. Not supported means independent evidence points the other way, or a regulator has warned about it.
What counts as a source
Public-health and government bodies (NIH institutes, CDC, FDA, EPA, MedlinePlus), national guideline bodies, drug labels on DailyMed, and peer-reviewed trials. Each passage used is saved as a copy and checked word for word when the site is built; if a passage cannot be found, the page does not build.
What does not count
Testimonials, patents, sales pages, and the number of people who believe something. A testimonial cannot separate a treatment from the natural course of an illness or from the conventional care taken at the same time. A patent is a property right. Neither is evidence of efficacy or safety, and the site says so wherever such material is quoted.
Where the archive fits
Dr. Majid Ali's writing and the PIMA clinic's documents are shown as what they are — history and a clinic's own claims — with the attribution visible and the independent evidence beside them. Being preserved is not the same as being proven, and the pages never let one stand in for the other.
