About & method

What ProperHealth is, and how it is made

A bilingual health-information library built so that every statement can be checked.

Status of this edition

  • Clinical review: pending. No page has been approved by a pharmacist. This review edition exists so that it can be.
  • Urdu: machine-assisted draft. Urdu text was drafted with AI assistance and needs review by a fluent medical translator before public use.
  • Not published. Pages carry noindex. properhealth.care now serves this private review copy behind a PIN (connected 2026-10-28); nothing is public.
  • Publisher: to be confirmed. This edition was prepared at the request of Arshad Tariq, RPh (Clarkson Pharmacy). The formal publisher of ProperHealth.care has not been decided, and no organization has agreed to be named.
  • Who this edition is for. Readers in the United States. Every “when to get help now” line uses U.S. numbers (911, Poison Control 1-800-222-1222, 988). A Pakistan edition would need local emergency numbers and a local clinician’s review; only a draft of verified facts exists, and nothing here has been replaced. The Urdu pages are Urdu for readers in the U.S. unless a Pakistan edition is made.
  • Attribution and permission. Quotations from the PIMA clinic’s own documents are used to examine them; no permission from the clinic is on record, and nothing here is an endorsement by, or of, the clinic. Dr. Majid Ali’s writing is credited to him as archived and is used as history.

How every page is built

Each factual statement carries a numbered marker. The sources page for that topic shows the statement, the exact passage it rests on, the organisation that published it, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the copy we saved. A build check fails if any passage is not found word for word in its saved copy.

Numbers are only shown when the source states them. Diagrams of processes are labelled as illustrations; charts use the published figures and nothing else.

Dr. Majid Ali's archived writing is used as historical perspective, not as evidence. Each topic lists the records used and the claims deliberately not carried forward.

Lecture slides and videos are built from the same content and figures as the web pages. Video narration uses a synthetic voice, stated on each video page.

Coverage register

The agreed coverage is every topic the research collection supports: 24 topics identified across the 1,553-record Dr. Majid Ali archive, plus iodine from Clarkson Learn, plus 7 condition topics added after the clinic's own documents were read (coronary heart disease, cancer care, hepatitis C, dengue, joint pain, cataract, prostate), plus Type 2 diabetes, added on 2026-10-26 after the research assessment of the unlabelled archive records — 33 in all. Topics are linked once their pages, sources, lecture and video are built and checked.

Inputs and their limits

  • The Pakistan clinic research folder (278 files) was received and inventoried in October 2026. The clinic's own documents were read and are quoted with page references; third-party books and lecture decks are listed by title only; private files, including personal records, were not opened. Clinic documents are ProperHealth's transcriptions or translations of scans and are not independently verified. The clinic's website (pimapak.com) and every clinic card are listed on one page.
  • The ProperHealth.care reference screenshots have not been located. Coverage will be revisited if they are supplied.
  • “Consumers Guide to Fighting Chronic Diseases” (78 scanned pages) is a historical pharmacy booklet. It is image-only and contains high-risk claims, so it is inventoried but not used as evidence.
